Everything was simply perfect. We loved the hotel, it was absolutely amazing and had amazing location next to a tram stop on the Bury line, and buses. Comforts of family room with top notch cleanliness were fabulous.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Manchester. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, its amazing location and my big and cosy room. The vibe here was family. Had opportunity to use ironing at no cost.

The rooms at Top Of The House! were cozy and had a lovely view of the city. I felt like I was in my own little bubble, away from the hustle and bustle. The bed was super comfortable and the flat-screen TV was perfect for a lazy night in.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the safety deposit box in the room. It took up unnecessary space and I didn't really need it.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Top Of The House! in Manchester. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-sized bathroom. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the books, games, and instant hot water machine. The location was fantastic, with easy access to amenities by foot, car, or public transport. The hosts, Chris and John, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a comprehensive booklet of recommendations for our stay. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was spacious and had a great shower. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Manchester Ring road. The Metrolink and bus routes were also close by, making it easy to get around. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

One small issue was the lack of hooks in the bathroom and bedroom. It would have been convenient to have somewhere to hang our coats, scarves, and handbags.
